Among dessert wines, Moscato d'Asti is the wine that better express the features of the soil in the Asti area. The grapes come from the vineyards of their farmhouse “Cascina Buc” located in Castagnole Lanze, but are processed in Barbaresco. Fruity and floral perfume and taste.

COLOR: straw yellow with golden reflections, with different brightness and light greenish reflections.
PERFUME: typical, fragrant, with intense floral notes that recall lemon and lime-tree. Enticing notes of yellow fruits like peach and apricot.
TASTE: sweet, aromatic, fresh. Slightly sparkling, with balanced acidity and low alcohol content.
ALCOHOL BY VOL.: 5% Vol.
MATURATION: a wine to be drunk young, cold processing, it is bottled and consumed within one year after the harvest.
FOOD PAIRINGS: perfect as dessert wine and as meditation wine served with sweets, dry pastries and tarts. Serve fresh at 8/10° C.
