Obtained from the vineyards of Cascina Buc in Castagnole Lanze, it is a full-bodied wine with notes of jam, spices and toasted aromas.

COLOR: ruby red.

PERFUME: vinous, intense, with cherry notes.

TASTE: full, with balanced acidity.

ALCOHOL BY VOL: 14%

MATURATION: after the fermentation and the initial pump-overs, it is aged in oak barrels for 10-11 months.

FOOD PAIRINGS: perfect with meat dishes and cheeses.
