
Obtained from the vineyards cultivated in Loreto, in the commune of Barbaresco. Thanks to the soil characteristics it can be aged in the bottle for two or three years. A very pleasant wine, with balanced tannins, hints of ripe cherry, plum and almond. A Dolcetto perfect with any dish that you cannot miss.
VINE: 100% Dolcetto.
PRODUCTION AREA: the vineyards are located in Loreto, in the commune of Barbaresco.
COLOR: ruby red with intense violet reflections.
PERFUME: vinous, typical, with intense notes of ripe cherry and plum.
TASTE: dry, harmonic with balanced tannins. Pleasant notes of almond.
ALCOHOL BY VOL.: 13% Vol.
MATURATION: after the fermentation and the initial pump-overs, it is bottled and should be consumed within two-three years, according to the vintage characteristics.
FOOD PAIRINGS: perfect with any dish, especially with pasta, soups, meat, mild and slightly sharp cheeses, game and ripe cheeses. Serve at room temperature if the wine has aged for max. 1 year in the bottle, at about 18°C after the first year of ageing in the bottle.
